Poetry Cafe: This Friday Night April 16th

Don't forget to stop down to our Poetry Cafe this Friday night, April 16th. Open Mic; read your own poetry, or you are welcome to just come down and listen. Plus, you can sample our Choco Lattes.

April 6th SAT CLASS

Due to the flooding in the basement, we are cancelling the April 6th SAT Prep class. The first class will no be held the following Tuesday, April 13th. We have added an additional class on May 4th. If you have not done so, don't forget to stop in to the Loft to pick up your homework assignment, due at the start of the first class.

Next time you come up to the Loft, check out our college and career information display; located right at the top of the stairs. We have a wealth of free brouchures and reference materials for you to browse to help you make that daunting task of searching and applying for colleges that much easier.

Teen Art Club: Winter Windows

The Teen Art Club highlighted the 2010 Winter Olympics with a focus on scenery, events, and team spirit. We will be cheering on our Team USA as they go for the gold!

DOG TREATS FOR SHELTER DOGS

"The Loft" teens got together on December 8th to make home made dog treats for sheltered dogs. Thanks to great attendance, cooperation, and Joyce's baking, we were able to yield

84 dozen dog treats. Thanks to everyone who a attended and participated. We know the dogs will enjoy them!!!!! Check out some of the pics below................................................

Food and Blanket drive for Dogs a Huge Success

During the month of the November, the Loft hosted a food and blanket drive, to collect for shelter dogs. Thanks to your donations we were able to collect 150 lbs of blankets and 95 lbs of canned dog food. We would like to thank all of you, on the behalf of the K Nines for all of your generour donations!!!!!!
